According to the Largo Police Department, 10-year-old Jabari Elijah Solomon and 4-year-old Charlie Herbert Solomon Riveria were inside a Kia Soul being driven by 78-year-old Gail Price when it collided with a Dodge Durango being driven by Hayes.
Police said Hayes was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. A spokesperson told Local 10 News the investigation is “active and ongoing.”
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor, police said.
